PRICES
To assist in prompt despatch, please use the correct product codes and descriptions as supplied on this website. Orders can be sent by fax, by telephone, by post or via the order form on this website.
All items subject to availability, an equivalent alternative can be ordered if required.

DELIVERY
Mainland UK- Where possible, orders made before 1pm will be dispatched the same day by first class post / Parcel Force. Mainland UK includes the Isles of Scotland, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, and the Isles of Scilly. Delivery to the Channel Islands will be by Parcel Force International and will be priced as Mainland UK.

All other destinations are to be priced individually, for details contact us by fax, phone, email, or in writing.

Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be made within 5 working days of expected delivery date.

RETURNS
Claims can only be settled after the goods have been returned.
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited.
Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.

PAYMENT
Payment is by cheque or credit card basis with order, by fax, phone, post or web site. Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery.
We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are represented.
We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.

RESERVATION OF TITLE
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.

PRIVACY STATEMENT We collect two kinds of information about our users;
a. non-personal information such as IP address (the location of the computer on the internet), pages accessed and files downloaded. This helps us to determine how many individuals use our sites, how many people visit on a regular basis, which pages are most popular, and which pages are least popular. This information doesn't tell us anything about who you are or where you live, it simply allows us to monitor and improve our service.
b. personal information such as name, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address,** The information is either needed to enable us to fulfill your request for information, or to enable us to process orders. You don't have to disclose any of this information to browse our sites. If you do choose to withhold requested information, we will not be able to respond to your query or process your order.

** Email addresses We collect email addresses from those who voluntarily sign up for our mailing list. We do not sell or pass on these addresses to any other organisation, or use them for any other purpose ourselves. Other contact details are not passed on without advance notification or consent (or both).
